Planning Big for our Future - The Strategic Plan

I wanted to take a moment to share something exciting that I’m working on as Executive Director of Recovery RX and Comeback Recovery Homes. Right now, I’m gathering feedback from our Board of Directors to develop a Strategic Plan that will guide both organizations through the next five years. Our shared vision will create a strong foundation for continued growth and an even greater impact on the communities we serve. Over the past five years, we’ve experienced incredible momentum, and we’re committed to carrying that energy forward into 2030!

With the successful launch and expansion of the D. McDougal House, we’ve proven—not just to our community, but to ourselves—that our system works. Now, through thoughtful

strategic planning, we can take bold, intentional steps toward even greater achievements. This plan includes action-driven initiatives, such as introducing new community events and reimagining our annual gathering in a way that uniquely celebrates all that God is doing in and through us. We have no plans of slowing down, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
