Our Sober Saturday workout is a free community workout hosted in partnership with CrossFit 904 that brings people together through fitness, recovery, and connection. Open to all fitness levels, the workout creates a supportive environment where individuals in recovery, family members, and the community can build healthy relationships, encourage one another, and promote a positive, sober lifestyle.
