From September 25-27, we’re taking on the Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge. Running, rucking, or walking 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, to raise awareness about addiction recovery and to support the life-changing work of Recovery RX, right here at CrossFit 904. Every step, every mile, every sleepless hour is for our brothers and sisters battling drug addiction. Recovery RX is already sponsoring countless individuals on their journey to sobriety, and the need is growing every day. We’re pushing our bodies and souls to the limit, not for medals or PRs, but to make a real difference in someone’s life. All proceeds go directly to Recovery RX.Help us carry the weight. Every 4 hours, we’ll run 4 miles — for a total of 48 hours. That’s 12 rounds of movement, day and night. Back again this year, is a race option. You can do your 4 miles just for your own satisfaction, or compete against others for the best time and sport a bib each time you run. Not a runner? No problem. There will be WODs (Workout of the Day) and yoga. Expect a full weekend of community and support, including: ·        Food trucks·        Yoga·        Recovery meetings·        Raffle prizes·        On-site camping - bring your own gear.  And plenty of fun, encouragement, and shared purposeCome for a round — or stay for the full 48. Whether you’re running, walking, rucking, or cheering, you’re part of something bigger.

We’ve got options for everyone! Whether you're in it for one workout or the full 48 hours:  • $10 Drop-In Join us for a single WOD, yoga session, or activity. Perfect for those just stopping by to support and move!  • $48 Full Weekend Registration (No Shirt) Access to all 12 rounds of the 4x4x48, including every WOD, yoga session, and event activity throughout the weekend.  • $60 Full Weekend Registration (With Event Shirt) Everything included in the $48 registration, plus an exclusive Jax 4x4x48 event shirt.  • $150 Registered Club Donation Bring your whole crew! This option covers your ruck club, gym, or community group. Includes access to all WODs and yoga sessions for the weekend.

Yes! This is a family-friendly event, and we encourage you to bring the whole crew to any of the daytime activities. Overnights with children or pets are not allowed. While the 4x4x48 challenge itself is intense, there will be plenty of ways for kids and family members to get involved and enjoy the weekend: ·        Supportive and encouraging atmosphere·        Family-friendly WODs or scaled movement options·        Food and fun hangout areas·        On-site camping and community vibes·        Opportunities to cheer, volunteer, or just be part of the mission We believe in recovery, movement, and community, and that includes all ages.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. While we’ll have food donated and home-cooked pot-lucks, feel free to pack snacks, meals, or coolers, especially if you’re staying for multiple rounds or camping out. A few friendly reminders: ·        No alcohol allowed on site·        Smoke-free event — please respect that this is a recovery-focused space·        Be kind, clean up after yourself, and help keep the space welcoming for everyone We’re all about community, comfort, and supporting each other well, inside and out.

The course consists of 4 one-mile loops through an industrial business park. Flat pavement throughout.
