Where: CrossFit 904 - 11355 Trade Ct., Jacksonville, FL
What: It's back! Third year in a row, in a three-way collaboration, Misfit Charities, CrossFit 904, and Recovery RX are putting on our version of the Goggins 4x4x48, aptly named: Jax 4x4x48. We will run/ruck/walk 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to spread the word about addiction recovery and Recovery RX’s programs for those in early recovery. If running isn’t your thing, every 4 hours there will also be a WOD. There will be food trucks, homemade meals, yoga, at least one meeting, a raffle, on-site camping, and lots of other fun stuff. It was such a celebration of friendship and support last year and we expect just the same this year. Registration coming soon!
